Page should be scrollable when editing Infobox (template)

Description

When editing infobox on the top of page, I can see only part of content on the screen.
No possibility to move editing window or scroll down to read some information on the bottom of page.

What should have happened instead?:

When using WE Framework https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q22946134 which also uses edit window, I am able to scroll and move with window, so I am able to fill informations from the bottom of page (e.g official web)

@JAnD we appreciate you reporting this issue. Can you please tell me if the below accurately describes what you experienced?

  1. Using the desktop site, edit a page using VE (e..g https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffee?veaction=edit)
  2. Click the infobox that appear in the lead section
  3. Click Edit in the dialog that appears
  4. ❗️Notice the template dialog appears atop the article content and you are not able to scroll the page that appears "beneath" the template dialog:

Note to self: if/when @JAnD confirms T308109#7942245, consider retitling this task: "Enable people to see the contents of the page while a template dialog is open." Also see T51969 (thank you, @matmarex).
