Checked in commons betalabs on iPhone (iOS 13.7, real device), browser emulators for iOS 14 and 15. Checked also desktop mode on mobile and Safari 15 desktop mode. The menu open/close functionality works as expected.
Note: I was not able to reproduce the issue on commons wmf.12.
