• Click on Extend or Renew

What happens?:
The user is redirected to My Library and no message appears.

What should have happened instead?:
The message Your renewal request has been received. A coordinator will review your request. should have appeared.

If a user tries to apply for an extension again, the message appears in the /applications/reniew/{n} view.
