Also note that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Holden_(car_brand).webp#filehistory shows that the 528px file is a re-upload. Might be related (or not).

Not a reupload (reupload means uploading a file that was previously deleted) but an overwrite by DatBot to comply with NFCC guidelines. But no, when I reported this it hadn't been overwritten yet. The overwrite makes no difference.

These links will die in a week due to revision deletion, but for now you can see it makes no difference:
