Sorry, I've already been working on this in T308267: RAID battery malfunction in an-worker1081 but I must have allowed the acknowledgement to lapse.
I will close this as a duplicate, but add a downtime on that service whilst DC ops investigates in T308434: Replace RAID controller battery in an-worker1081
