- Open any content page like Berlin
- Later, add ?tableofcontents=1 to the url
What happens?:
- Against all other Wikivoyages, in the German Wikivoyage the table of contents (toc) is presented in the text block above the second section (in the classical manner).
- After adding te query "tableofcontents=1" to the url, the toc is moved to the sidebar.
What should have happened instead?:
- The toc should be presented in the sidebar without adding the query.
