To do

Remove the trailing slash from the privacy policy link in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/skins/WikimediaApiPortal/+/refs/heads/master/i18n/en.json#19

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Go to api.wikimedia.org
Click on the privacy policy link in the footer

What happens?:
Site navigates to https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Privacy_policy/

What should have happened instead?:
Site navigates to https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Privacy_policy (without the trailing slash) as defined in https://api.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:FooterLinks. This appears to be the only link in the footer that is getting an extra trailing slash

Worth noting this only occurs when using the WikimediaAPIPortal skin (took a second to figure that one out, I had Vector set and it worked okay..)
