Description

Positive reinforcement is the new lead the Growth team explores. We want to get community feedback from our pilot wikis.

The schedule is:

  • Project page:
    • Kirsten finished the project page, that is marked for translation,
    • Ambassadors to translate it before starting the feedback loop.

      • cs
      • es
  • Feedback loop
    • Trizek drafts context and questions and send them to Kirsten
    • Kirsten review them; they are shared with Ambassadors (by Friday, May 20)
    • Questions are translated and posted at the wikis
      • ar

      • es
  • Collecting feedback before the end of Sunday June 5
  • Discussing feedback during June 7 Ambassadors meeting (lead by Kirsten)

Bonus (time pending)

  • The project page is translated in French
  • French Wikipedia is put in the feeback loop

@Trizek-WMF I'm working on an overview of feedback that I'll post on the Positive Reinforcement mediawiki page.

I'll have a lot more in the summary, but in general it seems like community members are fairly supportive of the Impact Module improvements and the Personalized Praise idea. The Leveling Up idea had far more criticism though, so those designs will evolve to address concerns.
