Back in November 2021, the Tracking Category Scribunto modules with errors was deleted after this gerrit. However, the associated MediaWiki:Scribunto-module-with-errors-category page was never removed and the deleted category still shows up under Special:TrackingCategories. The software no longer populates them, so these should be fine to remove.
I was told to file a request here as it was part of the MW software, however I'm not fully sure how to sort this, so please excuse me if this is a bit poor.
