I noticed this in the new topic tool while working on another issue:

These icons are leaking through from the last-modified bar below the new topic tool:

Presumably the last modified bar just needs to be modified to use relative positioning or new topic needs to be appended later in the DOM?

Yeah. We should solve this on our side, this could happen with other interface elements too.

It actually happens with the "Read as wiki page" footer – this is the same issue as T307849.
