List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Go to https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?search=speak&title=Special:Search&profile=advanced&fulltext=1&ns146=1
Look at the timestamps of the search results.
For me it looks like

What happens?:
These timestamps all show the current time.

What should have happened instead?:
They should show the time when the Lexeme was last edited

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc.:
Current production on live Wikidata.

Notes:

this seems to be Lexeme-specific. It seems to work fine for searches in other namespaces
