Description

@Niharika confirmed that she's not aware of anyone using the data logged by the ArticleCreationWorkflow instrument via Slack.

The data logged by the instrument was collected for the ACTRIAL project. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Autoconfirmed_article_creation_trial, that project was active between 14 September 2017 and 14 March 2018.

Remove the ArticleCreationWorkflow EventLoggingSchemas entry
Remove all code that logs ArticleCreationWorkflow events
Mark the legacy ArticleCreationWorkflow schema as inactive
Request the deletion of any previously logged data, if necessary

Request the deletion of any previously sanitised data, if necessary
