preload_sites is a script that preloads site and user info for all sites of given family within several seconds simultaneously. These site informations are required if using a site. If working on multiple sites the normal way to preload sites may use up to 10 minutes longer. Moving this maintenance script to pywikibot scripts folder enables it for users who use Pywikibot as a site-package.
