The nbserve container (images/nbserve) is currently running docker-registry.tools.wmflabs.org/toolforge-python37-sssd-base:latest, which is, ultimately, a debian buster container with some parts for toolforge. This is likely something of an artifact from when PAWS was a toolforge project. To standardize our containers this would be good to be an ubuntu container.
