On the grafana dashboard for haproxy:
We want to get a legend for the "anomalous session termination states".
It should at least be on Wikitech and ideally on the dashboard itself.

@RLazarus The dashboard in Grafana now has links into Wikitech where we have copied a list of the session states.
This is a better link since it's directly upstream and latest docs from 2022:

just not as nice to link to as the HTML on github.io.
