Description

There seems to be some issues with the way how Elastic Search is set up on Wikibase Cloud.

Recent example being T309005.

Due to lack of observability of the service state and the search usage on Wikibase Cloud wikis, the current approach to investigate and (attempt to) solve those issues was quite unstructured and guesswork-based.
This ticket is to track a more methodical approach.
