There is some documentation in the README about how to start the app etc. But the code itself was speed written in 4h so there is no documentation and a lot of specially built solutions.
@kalle recommends seriously considering rebuilding it from scratch which he estimates will take 2-3 days. I'd estimate we'd likely want to add 2 days to that estimate if anyone else in the team does it (since we are not map wizards ;)
For the 2022 edition of WLE it's likely too late but this should be raised as a need for 2023 so that the budget is adjusted and time set aside for a developer to do this.
