I just noticed the osm_host variable is being passed to lots of different places in cloud vps puppet manifests but not actually used there (or used in a firewall rule only). These are likely historical artifacts for when Wikitech was hosted more separately from the main wikis, but these days that name just points to the main text-lb addresses. That variable can be removed from all firewall rules and then removed from manifests where it's not used.
