Feature summary:
Move login.py script from scripts folder to pywikibot.scripts folder

Use case(s):
If Pywikibot is installed as a site-package there is no script to login. Either shell.py has to be used or the user script must ensure that APISite.login() is called.

Benefits:
login.py script is enabled for site-package users
