Display property labels in Wikibase changes in watchlist, not just PIDs

Description

Currently, when viewing changes from Wikidata in the Wikipedia watchlist, only property IDs are displayed in edit descriptions, not property labels. This makes it extremely difficult for users to monitor changes from Wikidata. Now they look like this:

We should display property labels in the language of the user or project so that the descriptions are more readable:

Created claim: NKCR AUT ID (P691): ph567279
