Please allow users to report bugs without an account.
A bug may be found by an IP user editing WK.
They then have to create an account, provide (maybe even create) an e.mail address, wait for verification e.mail.
Reporting bugs should not take more effort than finding them.

The main reason against it is there are too many spams even if only registered users can create tasks. There is also an email address that receive task requests from everyone, but there are also too many spams and it seems it is no longer functional. Malicious bot attacks also happened and should be considered.

Reporting bugs should not take more effort than finding them.
Time is limited for everyone, and the number of abandoned bug reports with no way for the reporter to get notified about required follow-up information should not be increased. See T109566.
