There's an opportunity to use our grid in the header element to align the search component.
This should be as simple as defining the header element as a grid component, and reusing the column grid tracks defined in grid.less. This reuse would be in the form of a variable. We would also need to check that we have a sensible non grid fallback.

@Jdlrobson Looking at this again I think this task should be updated. We can't use grid to align the sidebar elements without T308055 which would require DOM & grid changes. How about we rescope this task to use grid in the header to align the searchbar?
