Request Title: Statistics on API usage by customers (Big tech, Enterprise or other reusers of the data)

  • Request Description: Looking to gather infromation on what are the average QPS and timeframes are for various APIs.

Specifically:
Would like to be able to query and find out the history of how the following APIs have been used via statistics and what are the peaks and lows of the traffic.

High/Low/Average QPS from Enterprise systems and other customers to Action API
High/Low/Average QPS from Enterprise systems and other customers to RestBase API
High/Low/Average QPS from Enterprise systems and other customers to ORES API
High/Low/Average Events per second from the EventStreams API (perhaps granularly by project if possible)

@DAbad I think we can close this ticket. I was able to get initial results for myself. But if this is something that is going to be revistied by the Data teams. We can keep it around
