@Cstone thanks, confirming this error is fixed.

. We cannot extract data however despite the fix. We are staying on this screen for extended time with no data result.

@Cstone Data is still taking a long time to download. The download is usually immediate but now it is taking 30mins to 1 hr if it downloads at all. We also are seeing 'downloading % of transactions' so we are wondering if we are getting all of the necessary data.

@EMartin can you tell me the steps you are doing to get to this download?
