I currently can't point banners to Adyen for the bundle countries. I think they need to be turned on for the gatewaychooser. We'll need this functionality for the upcoming June 14 pre-test, which will be our first stress test of Adyen for bundle.

Current situation: Using a banner hardcoded to Adyen like enAT to send to “Adyen” gives a URL like this
https://payments.wikimedia.org/index.php?title=Special:IngenicoGateway&appeal=JimmyQuote&recurring=false&payment_method=cc&gateway=adyen&currency=EUR&uselang=en&country=AT&amount=10&opt_in=1

Expected result: I get a payments URL with Adyen gateway like this
https://payments.wikimedia.org/index.php?title=Special%3AAdyenCheckoutGateway&appeal=JimmyQuote&ffname=cc-vmaj&recurring=false&payment_method=cc&uselang=en&country=AT&amount=10&opt_in=1&currency=EUR

June 14 pre-test

• AUSTRIA (AT)
• BELGIUM (BE)
• SPAIN (ES)
• LUXEMBOURG (LU)

Later pre-test

• DENMARK (DK)
• - ISRAEL (IL) - already adyen
• NORWAY (NO)
• PORTUGAL (PT)
• MALAYSIA (MY)
