Description

We could do something to catch big increases in JS or CSS by just looking at increase by those types (ref T309793). We can follow the same procedure that if all three tested pages increased by X we fire the alert

We have the total page size on https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/2kP3FjAZk/webpagereplay-en-wikipedia-org-alerts?orgId=1 but those alerts aren't turned on. Let me change that to act on JS/CSS instead.
