Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Create an author pages system for The Signpost, listing a picture (similar to Teahouse host pictures), a short bio, and a list of articles that an author has contributed to / has a byline for. Could be automated via Module:Signpost, through adding author metadata. We should automate adding metadata in the publication script, or even better, directly integrate Module:Signpost in draft "next issue" pages to add tags, authors, etc pre-publication, to reduce pre-publication load. As a reader of The Signpost, I want to see what other articles an author has written, to explore article series. As a contributor to The Signpost, I want to check an author's previous work in order to determine future assignments to provide, or give feedback.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
This allows for showcasing the hard work of our authors, and also brings parity to external media outlets.
