While the more useful but also more involved ways of assisting users with creating Imprint pages on their wikibases are being defined (T310231), we still want to hint users that they are required to provide Imprint on their wikibases on wikibase.cloud

When creating a new wiki, there should be a note added above the "create wiki" button saying "Note that you are required to provide an Imprint statement on your wiki. See documentation on imprints (linking to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/Wikibase.cloud/Imprints) for more details"
