Eileen and I spoke about this today, if there is already a ticket for it, I couldn't find it.

Issue/steps to reproduce:
After updating code to any of the WMF TY emails in the new Civi UI, there is between a 20 mins and 1 hour delay before you can see the results in email (specifically, a test email). I think Eileen said it might not be clearing the cache when we save edits?
