Description

The denylist defined in charts/changeprop/templates/_config.yaml has slowly been reduced in an effort to resolve T274359: Mobile REST API delivers year old+ content for very select pages (and related tasks) — the list was added back in T120971: Blacklist automatic updates for especially expensive pages but is no longer required, as discussed in T274359#7537856.

Seeing as these recent reductions appear to have not caused any negative impact to performance, we should now remove the denylist entirely.

The list has been emptied out in T274359, except for one entry intentionally left for testing. I think that resolves this task.
