[Shared Event Platform] Rename scala package and setup a multi module maven project.

Description

To clarify the scope of this project and facilitate code evolvability we should:

  1. rename org.wikimedia.dataplatform to org.wikimedia.mediawiki.event
  2. rework the project layout to maven multi module.

The current code should be moved to the enrichment module.
