When hovering over an Arabic-script name on https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:ActiveLanguages/ar?uselang=en or a Latin-script name on https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:ActiveLanguages/ar?uselang=fa, the link title is displayed wrong. The username is displayed in the middle of the text instead of at the beginning.
