Background

.mw-index-pager-list-header, like on https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/ don't fulfill the contrast requirements for WCAG AA right now.

With just bumping the text color from Grey 500 (#72777d) to Grey 600 (#54595d), the requirement is fulfilled.

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Go to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/
Inspect the header in DOM Inspector and pick the color swatch, it will point out that color contrast is currently 3.81:1, while requirement is 4.5:1
