Description

https://quotable.toolforge.org/ seems to load (but fails) third-party content via <link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://media.npr.org/favicon.ico" /> which should not happen for privacy reasons.

It also fails with a HTTP 502 to load https://quotable.toolforge.org/less/app.less and https://quotable.toolforge.org/less/waterbug.less

Thanks for creating this task! I think this tool is serving no purpose in it is current shape and form.

I've followed all the steps in here https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/3975/ and would like to request its deletion.
