Background

Users have repeatedly expressed a desire to share links to specific sections of a Wikipedia article in the app and see link previews to sections. There is precedent for this behavior on Mobile Web and Desktop.

• Leveraging Material Design, determine the pattern that will allow users to retrieve the link to share and what the preview will look like @scblr
• Implement the design (Eng)
• Test in LTR and RTL (QA)

User Stories

• As a multiplatform user of Wikipedia, I would like to share a section of an article with a user and they have a preview of what I am sharing, so that I can let other people know exactly which portion of an article I am referencing.
