Change in $wgContentNamespaces for ukwikibooks

Description

Hi! I would like to request a change in $wgContentNamespaces for Ukrainian Wikibooks. Apart from the main namespace, the other one ("Рецепт:", namespace 102) should be viewed as content one.

I have created local discussion and proposition has no objections: https://w.wiki/5Jgs
