Description

Currently, some elements use the full width (template description, messages), while others have a set max-width (parameter fields and descriptions). This mix looks very odd on larger screens using minerva (tablets, desktop) and we would like to make it consistent.

All elements in the right-hand content pane use the same, full available width within the defined margins
