While demoing T309604 we saw this:

The input field next to the "Add Parameter" button shrinks to a size where it becomes almost unusable. Possible solutions (TBD by WMDE-Design):

• Don't let the content pane on the right side of the dialog shrink so much, but hide the sidebar on the right earlier.
• Let the button wrap down to the next line so it never occupies more than 50% (or less, e.g. 1/3?) of the available space.
