Have an SSH login message (motd) on Toolforge that checks existence and completeness of a toolinfo.json file, nudges maintainers to please create that file, links to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Toolhub#Publish_a_toolinfo_file_and_register_it_with_Toolhub's_web_crawler and/or https://toolhub.wikimedia.org/add-or-remove-tools?tab=urls , explains why this is useful (finding source code and contribute changes or porting it to newer underlying library versions etc, being able to contact maintainers, being able to report issues that might get seen by maintainers, etc).
