There are some other matches on commonswiki apparently on edits to the Data namespace. There are a few for a specific page, one example at Jun 23, 2022 @ 10:52:26.055 Though the page got created at 11:07 ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Data:R554_(South_Africa).map&action=history )
