I created my LDAP account a few years ago and I am not able to log in to my Developer account.
I tried to sign-up on (https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/register/) but the page says "Wikimedia account is already in use."
Someday we will fix T294767: User should be told name of existing Developer account when SUL is already in use which will help with these sorts of issues a bit. I looked in the backing database and found that Nivas10798 is your Developer account name as well. That still leaves you needing help to work around T174469: LDAP account that is not attached on wikitech has no means for password reset as your Developer account has never been attached to wikitech.
$ mwscript extensions/LdapAuthentication/maintenance/attachLdapUser.php --wiki=labswiki --user=Nivas10798 --email=<redacted>
@Nivas10798 your account is attached on wikitech now. You should be able to use https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PasswordReset to get a password recovery link.
@bd808 I don't think my email is attached with the Wikitech account. I tried to reset the using the link (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PasswordReset), but haven't received any. If possible, can please attach my email ID (nivas10798@gmail.com) or let me know the other ways to reset my password?

This should be fixed now. Something mysterious happened when I attached your account on wikitech. The email address was removed from the backing LDAP record rather than being added to the new MediaWiki local account. To fix this I first did:
$ mwscript resetUserEmail.php --wiki=labswiki --no-reset-password 'Nivas10798' <redacted> Done!
After waiting a bit I was still not seeing the email via an LDAP query, so I then also manually reset the email there:
dn: uid=nivas10798,ou=people,dc=wikimedia,dc=org changetype: modify replace: mail mail: <redacted>
$ ldapmodify -v -H ldap://ldap-rw.eqiad.wikimedia.org:389 -D uid=novaadmin,ou=people,dc=wikimedia,dc=org -y .ldap-password -f T311431.ldif ldap_initialize( ldap://ldap-rw.eqiad.wikimedia.org:389/??base ) replace mail: <redacted> modifying entry "uid=nivas10798,ou=people,dc=wikimedia,dc=org" modify complete
