We set up latency measurements on RIPE Atlas targeting 3 continents, as a start (Asia, Africa and Europe), against our 3 datacenters esams, eqsin and drmrs. From the results, some countries appeared to benefit more if their primary datacenter was redefined to drmrs. The turn-up process for these countries will be tracked here.
