CID 14795889 was previously a part of our Engage vendor team, but they will be contracting with us starting July 1, 2022. Since she already has Civi access do we just need to update her email on her contact record to her Wikimedia address once she receives it? Or are there further steps for her to keep Civi access in this new role. Please advise on what you might need on our end.

Got it @Dwisehaupt I just updated her email on the Civi record. I'm not sure of the permission levels, but she should have the full capabilities now that she is working under Wikimedia instead of a third party. Is it best to wait until she has her new laptop to issue the ssl certificate?
Thanks @MDemosWMF. I'll update her permissions tomorrow morning since that's her 'start date'.
As for the certificate, we can reissue it before she has her new laptop. I'll generate a new certificate tomorrow and send her the details. Then we can expire her old cert when we verify the new on is in place and working.
Certificate has been reissued and sent via email. Password sent via SMS. The existing certificate will work while she takes the time to install the new one.
