Description

Follow up our changes at T303444: Ensure Toolhub is compatible with Elasticsearch 7.10 and the Search team's work on T263142: [EPIC] Upgrade Elasticsearch to version 7.10 by upgrading Toolhub's Elasticsearch client libraries to FOSS licensed 7.x versions.
