By anonymous contributions, you mean the contributions from a precise IP or to grab any contrib from any IP?

Hardly a high priority when this has been created in 2014 and no progress has been done on this. Back to needs triage. Feel free to revert.

On a side note, reasigning edits is already possible with /diffusion/MW/browse/master/maintenance/reassignEdits.php, however needs someone able to run maintenance scripts to do it.

I find the reasignment of IP edits to user a bit problematic as well. We need to be sure that the IP and the user claiming their edits are the same person. Reasignment from user to user is easier since with a confirmation from both accounts the process is easier.
