On enWS and frWS Special:PagesWithoutScans displays 5000 (max cached results) identical entries of the same page.
This is also known as "is currently completely broken". 😎
This does not occur on deWS, plWS, bnWS, noWS, or any other randomly picked Wikisourcen that I checked.

Given there weren't reports of duplicated scans for a bit, marking this as resolved. Feel free to re-open if I'm wrong :)
I updated the task's description and title. enWS and frWS is currently completey broken, but other Wikisourcen I checked work fine. And it's not "duplicate entries" per se, which the above patch would fix, but rather all 5000 max cached items is listing a single item. And it is somehow triggered by the content on the wiki it's running on, since there are wikis where the problem is not exhibited.
