Description

In Preferences-User profile disable "Enable the editor help panel"
On the Special:Homepage select a structured task type and go to a suggested article.
Add link (or add an image) and publish - the post-edit dialog won't appear.

//Note://In the scenario above( "Enable the editor help panel" disabled) the post-edit dialog will be present for non-structured tasks.
