Include the Automated Values extension in the next Wikibase Docker release / Wikibase.cloud

At least one institutional user has a firm requirement to use the Automated Values extension in combination with the Docker images (to automate label creation based on (a combination of) specific statements). At least one institutional user has shown interest in Automated Values to be used on Wikibase.

During presentations of the extension at Wikibase Stakeholder Group and Wikibase-nl meetings we’ve also seen interest from additional institutional users in this extension to manage and automate specific values in their items.

Therefore it would be great if this extension would be included in a future version of the Docker bundle and to be included on Wikibase.cloud. This also provides an additional incentive for the maintainers to keep the extension up-to-date with future releases of the Wikibase software and to attract additional maintainers to extend the functionality of the extension.
