What happens?:

I am not getting any type of email of bnwiki while getting from another wiki. The settings of [[special: preferences]] is ok.

What should have happened instead?:

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): chrome

What are your exact settings on https://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/বিশেষ:পছন্দসমূহ?#mw-prefsection-echo and https://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/বিশেষ:GlobalPreferences#mw-prefsection-echo which allow someone else to try reproduce a problem?

It's the preferences of bnwiki

And I am not using global preferences.

Which type of notification after which exact action on the wiki did you expect?
Do you refer to edits on pages on your watchlist? If yes, what are the settings for আমার নজরতালিকায় আছে এমন কোন পাতা অথবা ফাইলে পরিবর্তন হলে আমাকে ই-মেইল করা হোক and পাতা এবং ফাইলগুলিতে অনুল্লেখ্য সম্পাদনার জন্যও আমাকে ই-মেইল করা হোক on https://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/বিশেষ:GlobalPreferences#mw-prefsection-personal ?

This is not a good use of time as the questions in T312735#8068757 are still not all answered... You may refer to a support forum instead, like https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech , as this sounds not like a problem on servers if nobody else can reproduce.
