The styles of quite destructive and progressive buttons in OOUI are out of sync from that in DSG.

Re-tagging, we need to evaluate if that's still true with Codex design tokens in place in OOUI.
Updating OOUI will not be a focus for this Epic (or maybe at all, see T377357#10250353).
